Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. During busy periods such as sales and the holiday season, processing can take up to 5 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times begin when your order ships, not when it is placed.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any free-shipping offers will be shown on the product page and at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or email us at hello@officialluvara.com with your order number.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility unless they are shown and collected at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. See our refund policy for what happens to returned packages.
Delays
Carriers, customs and weather can cause delays that we cannot control. If your order is much later than expected, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.
Holiday orders
During the holiday season we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Please order early.
Multiple shipments
If your order contains several items, it may ship in more than one package, possibly from different locations and on different days.
