These terms govern your use of officialluvara.com and your purchases from Luvara ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and packaging may look slightly different on your screen. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or correct pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and to pay using a valid payment method that you are authorised to use. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Subscriptions and promotions
If you buy a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the schedule you chose until you cancel. Promotions, discount codes and free gifts are subject to the terms shown with the offer and cannot be combined unless stated.
7. Skin sensitivity and safe use
Please read the ingredient list and directions before use. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Stop using the product and consult a medical professional if irritation occurs.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, images, logos, designs and graphics, belongs to Luvara or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, collect data in bulk, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
10. Reviews and user content
If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. You confirm that it is truthful, does not infringe anyone's rights and is not unlawful or offensive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.

We may update these terms at any time. Updates apply from the date they are posted. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
